ACTUALLY you can just lower the door by adjusting the door leveling screw on the BOTTOM of the door. The door was probably installed wrong.

Thank you for the video. To everyone slamming you for not talking: (🖕). I found I found the video very helpful. If you are capable of replacing the seal yourself, you don't need an audile walkthrough. I was able to replace mine in about 30 min from start to finish, never disassembling my machine. I have a flexwash with the top unit and did not want to remove it from the laundry room and take it apart. I was finished with the whole thing in the time it would have taken me to just get the damn thing into another room. Thanks again for the great video.

Does the smart diagnosis from the LG app do anything or does it just return a status of everything fine regardless of the condition? I have one that is cooling to 59 degrees in the fridge and the smart diagnosis says all good. What does pushing the test button on the control board do? Does it run the compressor at some fixed level? The voltage to the compressor at CN201 reads 105V, 2.2kHz, can the problem be that the thermistor sensor is giving it a false reading and it thinks it's cooling to the correct temperature when it's actually 35 degrees higher than the set point? On these linear compressors, do they operate with varying voltage depending on different cooling requirements? The video mentioned 150V, is that a typical value but not necessarily a fixed operating point? The diagram shows an R Sensor, F Sensor, D Sensor, and RT Sensor. Are these the temperature sensing elements used by the control board? I briefly unscrewed the cap from the service port from the high side and heard a bit of refrigerant escaping, so the valve core may have a leak. Didn't have a gauge set to test it so maybe it lost some charge and is causing the poor cooling. Is the metal cap expected to hold pressure if the valve doesn't hold?

Mine did not look loose but I pressed down on it and ensured the connection was fine and it worked! Thank you.

My brand new 3 week old GE washer is dead, no lights no nothing. I've tried everything nothing works. Piece of garbage. Can't do this test when there isn't even any lights. The lid is locked with clothes inside too and won't open. Tried unplugging, tried different outlet, nothing works, not even the pause button. Do not buy this machine.

Got it off in 30 seconds with a Milwaukee 1/2 Inch Impact. I also used same impact in the video too but didn’t have enough torque obviously.

No disrespect but you are never supposed to bypass a limit switch that’s a safety device. You should’ve told that resident that she was coming back tomorrow to replace it that’s dangerous and you should be ashamed of yourself as a technician.

i have one that is not opening during the wash. it used to all the time for over a year. now whn i run a full wash cycle, after 1 hour and 30 mins, i look and see the latch never opened and the pod is still in there. do you know why this is not opening and what I can do to fix it? I've tried cleaning the latch, the button works just fund to open it. i've taken the front panel to the dishwasher off and removed the latch but not sure what I am looking at to fix it or why its not opening during the cycle.
